Cancellation Policy
At Moonlight Head Spa, each appointment is carefully prepared with time, energy, and intention. As a small business offering personalized healing experiences, I kindly ask that you honor the following:
+Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiting the deposit.
+Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full service fee.
+No calls/No shows will charged 65% of the full service fee.
